Ashley Conyers
Founder & CEO
Ashley is a critical thinker and creative mind that leads a team of like minded marketers.
With over a decade of experience in the creative marketing world, Ashley put together Represent Media & Communications with logic and expertise. Only working with people who give their all, she has developed a team that can take brands to the next level. Ashley’s expertise is in Social Media, digital marketing, content development and creative direction.
Ashley runs Represent Media & Communications on honesty, integrity, logic and creativity. She wants your brand to do well in every aspect.
In her spare time, Ashley likes runs with her dog, live sports, documentaries and sushi. She specialized in Karaoke and loves a good home-made kombucha.
Maddy Clarke
Chief Operations Officer
Maddy is the in-house data scientist at Represent Media Studios and a SME in Marketing and Business Intelligence. Her background spans startups and advanced technology industries including quantum computing, energy storage, and next-generation materials. She has led S1 validations, DOD contracts, and has a knack for helping companies translate complex, science-heavy concepts into clear, compelling messaging for non-technical investors and customers.
Maddy has a unique ability to bridge the gap between innovation and audience — turning raw data and deep tech into actionable insights and strategic narratives that drive growth.
Outside of work, you’ll find her golfing, watching F1, or overlanding on dirt trails— always chasing the next great idea, both in business and in life.
Roxy Ola
Chief Marketing Strategist
Meet Roxy our resident social media strategy savant and the mastermind behind content that actually connects. She’s the one spotting trends before they hit your feed, building scroll-stopping calendars, and finding clever ways to charm the algorithm (without losing sleep). Whether she’s batching reels or brainstorming content themes, Roxy brings creativity, strategy, and a little sass to everything she touches.
When she’s not helping brands show up like they mean it, you’ll find her chasing after her kids, tuning into a good podcast, or doing very important research on Instagram.
